Self-Love

Love languages, a concept made popular by Gary Chapman, have been found in a resurgence period. Everyone is rushing to their phones and computers to take their test and see how they score, but many don’t know this same principle can be applied to self-love.

All of us need different things to feel loved, therefore it makes sense that what applies to Person A won’t apply the same way to Person B, and vice versa. For example, Person A may enjoy buying little presents to brighten their day, while Person B relies on journaling to feel good.

The major differences between these individuals is their categories: Person A’s self-love language is receiving gifts, and Person B’s love language is words of affirmation.

If you are unsure which one you belong to, then you can take this quick quiz and learn something about yourself!  Afterwards, see your results at the very bottom of this page!
